Put files you want to share with everyone here. You can play most 
media directly from the web interface

You can drag and drop, or use the buttons at the top (rocket and
balloon are what you probably want)

You can add, make folders, move, copy, cut, paste delete, download. 
You don't need to make an account. Stay organized and try to be
 careful with delete. Try right clicking, see what you can do.

if you want to have some automatic text loading in your folder, you
should make a file called README.md with whatever you want to say
in it

There seem to be lots of keyboard shortcuts if you don't like
using the mouse
